

Ewa completed Sports Massage training at London School of Sports Massage in 2003. Soon after that she founded 'Hands Talk', Sports Massage and Complementary Therapies Clinic in Highgate, North London. She then went on to further develop her skills and qualified as a physiotherapist at Brunel University in 2009. Ewa added another major string to her bow by becoming a Pilates instructor in the Modified Pilates Technique at The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.
Ewa practises from Tao Dao, a complementary health clinic in Highgate, where she offers a wide range of treatments; sports, deep tissue, remedial and pregnancy massage, group and one to one pilates sessions and musculoskeletal physiotherapy treatments. She also does home visits in North London where she offers the above services.
Ewa has an affinity for the outdoors and is a keen snowboarder, cyclist and runner and believes that by practising sports, she can gain a better insight into her clients' training challenges and injuries.
In her treatments she incorporates a wide range of massage and physiotherapy techniques, trigger points work, as well as stretching and exercise programmes. Ewa specialise in spinal treatments and incorporates a lot of Pilates workout in the lower back pain rehabilitation, education and re-alignment. Ewa strongly promotes body awareness and educates her clients about their posture, work environment and teaches them how to take care of their body via exercise and stretching, Ewa believes that her work is important in managing injuries as well as preventing them and sees it as highly beneficial to enhance the state of muscles and general fitness. Ewa focuses to help people achieve their maximum potential through movement and function.
